It is so easy for us to have a pity party feeling that nobody understands what we are going through.
In our minds we think it is the worst thing ever and that everyone around us must be grateful they don’t have to deal with our problems. Sometimes we can even experience anger at God thinking that He does not understand what we have to endure, and therefore we start drifting from Him.
In Hebr 4:15 we see Jesus was human just like us. He understands our human frailty because He was tempted in every way we are. Only difference is that He did not sin.
He did have a choice, like we do. Jesus knew what the future would hold, and kept His focus on the divine plan for His life. That would help Him to withstand temptations, as He knew the plans God had for Him.
Do we know the plan God has for our lives? He only wants what is best for us, as He loved us even before we were created. We need to talk to Jesus when we feel no one understands, He might surprise us with His wisdom and advice.
