NC premier survives accident

The Premier of the Northern Cape, Zamani Saul, was in a car accident earlier today.

His spokesperson, Bronwyn Thomas-Abrahams, confirms Saul survived the accident that took place on the Schmidtsdrift Road in Kimberley. She says the accident occurred when Saul’s official state vehicle collided with that of a woman who was travelling alone.

She confirms Saul, his two protectors and the driver of the other car did not sustain any injuries and are all in perfect health. She adds Saul was on his way to attend a meeting and has commenced with his official programme for the day. Thomas-Abrahams could, however, not confirm whether Saul’s white Audi Q7 is a write-off or not.
