The 11th edition of the Mangaung Youth Empowerment Week, which brings together exhibitors, speakers and ordinary people, will be held from 19 to 21 March 2020, at the Rose Hall, Bram Fischer Building in Bloemfontein.
The aim of the event is to put focus on equipping young people from all corners of South Africa with information and tools that will help their career and business, and will include a Career and Business Exhibition, a Business Development Forum, a Business Tweeting Lunch, a networking session as well as creative showcasing to advance transformation in the creative sector.
For the past ten years, the empowerment week has been prime time for young people in Mangaung to get information about business careers, business opportunities as well as create a platform for collaboration between Government and Business, Business to Business, Business to Community and Business to Media.
The week also provides black industrialists with the opportunity to introduce new products, innovative ideas, new services and most importantly, will allow participants to network with industry experts and see how both parties can positively contribute to the economic transformation. Discussions during various forums are expected to reflect strongly on radical socio-economic transformation to uplift the poor and the working class.
