A 53 year old male patient known as Stephen Mbongo was admitted to the National Hospital Bloemfontein on 13/09/2013.
According to him, he is originally from Rouxville in the Free State, but could not tell the exact address as he alleges that he left his home when he was 4 years old.
He then came to Bloemfontein in 1964 and was staying with his sister by the name of Selina Mbongo at Bochabela Location, the address is not known.
Selina passed away a year ago.
The patient also alleges that after his sister’s death he went to stay on the streets, since he does not have any relatives.
