Festive season is the best time of the year to enjoy the beauty that South Africa has to offer but for some of us, staying at home is where the comfort really is.
As the countdown begins, Bloemfontein influencer Batista Bobeje said Bloemfontein is where he will be.
“Now that the festive has begun, I will be at home, in Bloemfontein preparing a Christmas luncheon with my loved ones.”

Bobeje added that his family will be having the usual traditional feast of roasted meat and a Malva pudding while reflecting on the trials and tribulations his family succumbed this year.
Iris Norkie said that she is over the moon because she will be spending quality time this festive with her granddaughter, Oak-Lynn and nothing brings her more joy than that!
Spokesperson for the Department of Health, Mondli Mvambi, said Christmas is a time for giving and appreciating the gift of life.
“I will be bonding with family and recuperating after a long year of hard work while preparing a clear and clean mindset for the year ahead.”
Pastors Leroy and Vivian van Zyl plans on spending their Christmas with disadvantaged children. “We will be hosting children in and around our community of Mangaung and making their Christmas day special with treats and gifts.”

Tabitha Kumalo is overjoyed to be leaving for home. “I will be spending my time with loved ones in Qwaqwa. I cannot wait! This year was too long!”
Mornay Whitfield said she will be taking a well-deserved rest from the rat race by doing the Garden Route in her own backyard!
“I’ll be reading my favourite books while catching up on a bit of self-love.”
Happy safe holidays for the readers of Bloemfontein Courant.
