Residents from Kwaggafontein and Kellysview are to brace themselves for a planned power interruption from 09:00 – 16:00 on Friday 4 August 2023. This will alternate on 11 August at the same time.
The power utility said the shutdown is necessary for construction and/or maintenance upgrades on the network.
“Should your power not be interrupted within 1 hour of the scheduled starting time, please ignore this notice as the scheduled maintenance has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive another notice in due course,” the power utility said.
