Oliewenhuis Art Museum is providing craft classes from 3 to 7 December for children who are 5 years and older. Costs are R80 per child per class. The classes will be hosted from 12:30 until 16:00.
Learners are asked to bring their own aprons or old clothes as well as their own packed lunch. The classes include a free ride on the African Carousel and materials for the relevant classes will be provided.

Plaster fossils: learners learn how to create their own plaster fossils by making imprints on wet sand that will then be captured with plaster of paris.

Pendants and beads: learners will use air dried clay to create pendants that can either be worn as jewellery or be hung as an ornament.

Christmas inspired wooden coasters: A variety of Christmas figurines will be selected and copied on laser cut wooden coasters.
