The Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Investigation team in Bloemfontein is appealing to members of the community to assist in locating Katisho Raymond Leputla (43).
According to Hawks spokesperson Christopher Singo, Leputla can assist the police unravel a case involving illegal firearms.
“It is alleged that on Wednesday, 8 August 2018 a white BMW loaded with assault rifles suspected to have been used in an armed robbery was stopped and firearms recovered,” said Singo
He added that anyone with information that can assist the police trace Katisho Raymond Leputla should call Warrant Officer Joseph Paul Woityczka on 071 481 2413 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or make use of the My SAPS App to submit a tip-off.
“All information received will be treated with confidentiality.”
