Grilled strawberry skewers with mint sugar, Greek yoghurt and honey
|3 – 5||each Strawberries (per skewer)|
|50ml||Thick Greek Yoghurt|
|Pistachio nuts (roughly chopped)|
- Wash and skewer the strawberries, rub them with oil and grill them.
- Blend the sugar and mint together to form a mint sugar.
- Sprinkle the mint sugar on the grilled strawberry skewers.
- Serve the skewers on a platter with thick Greek yoghurt on the side drizzle with honey and pistachio nuts.
