Grilled strawberry skewers with mint sugar, Greek yoghurt and honey
Ingredients | |
3 – 5 | each Strawberries (per skewer) |
10ml | Olive oil |
20g | Mint |
20g | Sugar |
50ml | Thick Greek Yoghurt |
Honey | |
Pistachio nuts (roughly chopped) |
Method:
- Wash and skewer the strawberries, rub them with oil and grill them.
- Blend the sugar and mint together to form a mint sugar.
- Sprinkle the mint sugar on the grilled strawberry skewers.
- Serve the skewers on a platter with thick Greek yoghurt on the side drizzle with honey and pistachio nuts.
