051 Glorious Hill, a newly launched gospel initiative celebrated its establishment by donating winter school uniforms to the Mabeoana Intermediate School in Phahameng.
“Today marks an important milestone in the 051 Glorious Hill journey and we are proud to witness the establishment of an institution that seeks to implement one of the key interventions for transformation in Christ,” said Osborn Motlhabane, Public Relations Officer for 051 Glorious Hill.
“As a gospel initiative, with the vision to represent hope to the hopeless, 051 Glorious Hill will be a bastion of unity, service, and progress in our nation,” he added.
The foundation’s founder, Tshilo Mahatanya, hailed the formation of the initiative, which is committed to the betterment of its surrounding community.
“051 Glorious Hill is thrilled to start this newly established initiative in the beautiful City of Roses,” he said. “And to be giving back to the Mabeoana Intermediate School during this National Youth Month.”
According to Motlhabane, the foundation will act as an instrument to help the poor to renew their spirits. “The establishment of 051 Glorious Hill serves as a vehicle to reach the hopeless and to minister and serve them with the utmost dignity and respect,” he said. “It aims to develop, capacitate, and empower people through purposeful and sustainable transformation.”
051 Glorious Hill will collaborate with stakeholders and has already adopted a “whole-of-society approach” to impact and restore the lives of poverty-stricken communities.
“Therefore, we prioritise 051 Glorious Hill as a special project, piloting and implementing it in the country’s poorest districts, where the greatest need is present,” Motlhabane said. “Let us reaffirm our dedication to building a society where service to others is not just a duty but a way of life.”
