FS youth called on for Nemisa training


The National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (Nemisa) is inviting applicants between the ages of 21-35 to apply for their Cell Phone Repairs Training programme in all five regions of the Free State.

Nemisa, in partnership with the Free State Provincial Government, will be covering the districts of Xhariep, Lejweleputswa, Thabo Mofutsanyana, Motheo, and Fezile Dabi. Click on the link below to access application forms.

According to Nemisa’s website, the programme is a skills training initiative for unemployed youth within the province. Furthermore, the Free State and Northern Cape CoLabs are part of the roll-out of this course.

Entry Level Requirements:

  • Must be between the ages of 21 to 35 and unemployed.
  • A Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics and a final result of more than 50% OR Mathematical Literacy with a final result of more than 60%.
  • You will be expected to write a pre-assessment/entrance test and be deemed to be competent to be accepted for this programme.

Applicants will need a copy of their ID and matric results to upload. All successful applicants will have the course details shared with them.
