OFM News reports that the party also called for justice to take its course, stating that those involved in the escalating number of farm attacks and murders must be brought to book.
The suspects are expected to appear in the Senekal Magistrate’s court tomorrow.
They were arrested by Senekal detectives at Fateng tse Ntho in Paul Roux on Saturday.
Horner was found tied to a pole in an open space situated at De Rots on Thursday, October 1, 2020. According to information received, police received a call from other farmers reporting the attack.
Upon their arrival they found Horner, who was declared dead on the scene, with injuries to his head and face.
A knife was seized from the scene and his Toyota Hilux was later found, blood-stained and abandoned near Duikfontein Farm.
OFM News’ Lucky Nkuyane previously reported that the two suspects, aged 32 and 43, are also being suspected of stock theft.
