The Free State Crinums are feeling confident and upbeat ahead of the second power week in the Telkom Netball League.

The log-leading Crinums are back in Bloemfontein preparing for the second block of matches that will get underway at the end of the month.

After six rounds the Crinums lead the standings on 11 points and they are the only remaining unbeaten team in Division 1.

The Crinums player, Karla Victor, told OFM Sport that as a team they are in a good space.

“The first power week of TNL is completed and I really think we as a team performed well,” said Victor.

“We are just sticking to our game plan and I think the one thing that is so unique about our team is that we never stop fighting until the end. ”

“I think that is the reason that we pulled through the first power week and we never stopped fighting until the last second of the game.

“We are now preparing for the next games in the TNL we’re just working on the same areas we did in the first power week and just fixing them.

“Now we are just moving forward and even stronger for the next games in TNL.”

The second power week will get underway on 31 May.
