Footprint found in Clarens murder scene

GALOOME SHOPANE Police investigating the murder of retired Professor, Daniel Wybenga in Clarens have found one footprint at the murder scene.

Police spokesperson Tebello Tsatsa says although they have found one person’s footprint, they are not ruling out the possibility of more than one culprit.

The 69 year old Wybenga was found dead on his bathroom floor with his hands and feet tied up with ropes last night. Wybenga stayed alone and his car, cellphone and music system were stolen during the attack.

The police are investigating a case of murder, house robbery, and theft of motor vehicle.
