A 40-year-old male from the Free State reportedly suffered an injury to his ankle after he made his first solo skydive on a farm between Deneysville and Refengkgotso.
This is according to Netcare 911’s Shawn Herbst who says on Sunday morning at 10:30 paramedics responded to calls of a man who made a hard landing following the skydive, which resulted in his leg injury. Herbst says the man was treated for his injuries then transported to a nearby hospital for further assessment. He is in a stable condition now.
