Residents from Ferreira and parts of Bloemdal will have a planned power interruption on 26 February from 09:00 to 16:00, this is set to alternate on 5 March during the same time period.
Power could be restored without warning at any time during the shutdown period. Residents are therefore encouraged to treat all installations as live and dangerous.
According to Centlec, the interruption is for construction and/or maintenance upgrades on the network.
