Eskom prepaid customers may have been experiencing a slow, intermittent, or offline service when buying prepaid electricity. This is because we are currently running our back-up system as we attend to a technical problem with our main Prepaid Vending System.
Customers should be able to purchase prepayment electricity at all the normal vending outlets during this time.
