Dr Arnold Mol, best known for his work on the motivation of people in the workplace, will be hosting a seminar on the topics of ‘The Key to Success’, ‘Every Manager is a Prophet’ and ‘From ‘Woe’ to ‘Wow!’ (motivating your staff)’ from 12 – 13 November 2013 at Emoya Estate.
Dr Mol is currently in private practice as a management consultant and has written several books on the topic of motivation. Since 1978 he has conducted more than 900 training courses for managers in commerce, industry and agriculture in every part of South Africa as well as in America, Europe, Asia and other African countries.
