Bloemfontein foodies are in for a treat as BBC’s Come Dine With Me South Africa Season 10 will be heading to new cities, and the City of Roses is one of them. This is according to a post on BBC Lifestyle’s social media.
“In each episode, four enthusiastic amateur chefs, over four nights, take turns to host a dinner party at their home for the other three. At the end of the week, the best host wins a cash prize. Applicants must reside in one of the following metropolitan areas – Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Mbombela or North West,” said BBC Lifestyle.
The producers of the show are looking for “a dynamic group of individuals who are articulate, interesting and are enthusiastic about the show as well, and a willingness to share their homes, cooking, private thoughts and opinions in an open forum of strangers.”
Furthermore, 48 participants will be chosen from these six areas.
Interested locals have until 6 July at 23:59 to apply to be part of this show. “All applications received after the closing date will not be considered. Applications cannot be returned. You cannot be, or be closely related to a member of the producing parties’ staff or anyone connected with the programme,” said BBC Lifestyle.
Complete the entire application form and submit it with a recent photo of yourself and your dining area in order to enter. “Do not leave any question unanswered. If any question is not applicable to you, please insert “N/A” in the space provided. For enquiries, please email comedine@rapidblue.com.”
