Model car collector and enthusiast Jacques Pretorius shared a special model car collection with Bloemfontein Courant in celebration of Women’s Month.
Pretorius, who has been collecting since he was six years old, mentioned that he loves to buy commemorative items for his collection.
These can include anniversary editions and historical cars that tell a story which he says gives a bit of depth to his collection as a whole.
“Many women have been the inspiration of movies or television series. My die-cast collection’s main theme is movie and TV-related.
“Here are a few pictures to commemorate Women’s Month,” he told the publication.
When asked why he decided to share this with the public, Pretorius responded as follows: “Why commemorate Women’s Month? Hey, what would a good man be without a woman?”
