Free State entertainer Tshepo Isaac Moseme, better known as Cmax, hopes to one day be one of the biggest musicians in the country. The up and coming 19-year-old musician was born and raised in the small town Dewetsdorp.

He started performing at the age of 15 at a local school talent show. Cmax is best known for his debut single hit “Don’t go away” and according to him, he makes music about everything. “Most of the time I have no one to talk to or even trust, to such an extent that I write everything down as lyrics.” His latest single, titled “I don’t know”, features American rapper, Van Gordan.

Their relationship started on Instagram when the two artists exchanged music links and agreed to work on a song together. “I simply chose to be in the music industry because the industry needs fresh talent. I feel that everyone sounds the same in the industry. I know I have potential to heal and entertain people through my music,” he said.

Cmax was also recently nominated for a SAMA award for Song of the Year and also performed on the Free State Online Channel.

His new single is available on all music platforms including Deezer, YouYube, Amazon Music and Apple Music. Follow him on all social media platforms @ Cmax.
