Clarens in shock after murder

GALOOME SHOPANE The murder of retired professor, Daniel Wybenga has left the small town of Clarens in shock.

69 year old Wybenga stayed alone at the bottom area of town.

Bruce Weyer, a community member says the deceased was a kind hearted men who cared for people and the under privileged.

Weyer says Wybenga’s death is a tragedy.

“We are all in a state of shock with this, we all like to believe to believe that the town is almost crime free. Everybody is really in total shock!,” says Wenger.

Wybenga was found dead yesterday at his house, with his hands and feet tied with a rope. Police are still searching for suspects.
