It has been confirmed that at around 06:00 this morning (13/11) the Batho Police station received information about a shooting taking place in Mill Street.

According to police spokesperson Mahlomola Kareli, three security guards were disarmed and money was taken after their vehicle was rammed by another vehicle at the corner of Mill and Vooruitsig street.

“With the support of 10111 responders, the team rushed to the scene and one police bakkie from Batho police station was shot at but no one was injured.”
