Registration for Red Bull Campus Clutch is now open. This open tournament welcomes college and university students from around the world to form teams, represent their campuses, and battle it out for the chance to compete on the grandest of stages.

The Bloemfontein leg of the tour will take place on 1 September from 12:00 till 17:00 in the IGYM at the Central University of Technology, Free State.

According to Redbull’s Giovanna Bennet the year 2023 promises even more excitement, featuring over 300 regional events globally spread across four months of intense action. South African student teams can now register for regional qualifiers here.

“Red Bull Campus Clutch stands as a grassroots eSports initiative, uniting up-and-coming student VALORANT players of all skill levels. It provides them with an unparalleled opportunity to experience competitive gaming like never before,” said Bennet.

“Each team of five will advance through local qualifiers, with the top teams earning their place in the respective national finals. Here, the finest student teams from across the country will compete head-to-head, vying for the prestigious title of Red Bull Campus Clutch national final winners and the opportunity to represent their nation in the world final,” Bennet further explained.

The final event of this year’s tournament will be held offline at the prestigious Volkswagen Arena in Istanbul, Turkey, from 19 to 24November.
