#BreakingNews: #ANCFS members head to #LuthuliHouse over interim structure

Free State ANC members are heading to Luthuli House to raise concerns over the ANC interim structure and the premiership position.

These members demand, among other things, that the structure which is supposed to lead the province to an elective conference later this month be reconstituted.

ANC member, Sello Dithebe, told OFM News they are greatly concerned about the state of the organisation in the province and are unhappy about the composition of the interim structure as elected by the Secretary General Ace Magashule’s office and the NEC. Dithebe says the majority of members included in the interim structure are those who are being seen as supporting ANC Secretary General, Ace Magashule, and at this stage still favour the former provincial executive, which was disbanded by the Free State High Court late last year.

This comes soon after a group of ANC members picketed in front of the Free State ANC headquarters in Bloemfontein last week to express their unhappiness with the same interim structure.

The Free State High Court ruled that 14 branches must be rerun before the provincial congress can take place.
