Dancers from Bloemfontein will finally be able to show the world what they are made of – this as the World Championships in Freestyle Dance is due to take place for the first time in two years.

According to Senicia du Toit Breytenbach from the South African Dance Teachers’ Association Free State, Bloemfontein has a large group representing South Africa. The Bloemfontein group consists of 16 dancers from four different dance schools in Bloemfontein: Dance Domination – Senicia du Toit (DDSdT), Dance Domination – Manulani Cohen (DDMC), Dazzling Dance Studio (Dazz) and Just Dance (JD).

Some of the top-ranked dancers in South Africa, with up to four titles at national level, are among this group, including Bailee Forster, Chanel Vorster and Junior Dilape.

The World Championships in Freestyle Dance will take place in Blackpool in England from 24 to 26 June.
