Positioning a big Focker F28 airplane today was a bit of a tricky job, but with a little bit of initiative it was done. This airplane will be transformed into a sushi bar at Emoya Estate in Bloemfontein.
The plane was taken apart and transported in three abnormal loads from Lanseria Airport in Johannesburg to Bloemfontein.
Buks Westraad, owner of Emoya Estate, says the restaurant will have an upperclass, funky interior design and will officially be opened on the 1st of September this year. Westraad and Bruce McKay, Managing Consultant at Emoya Estate were there today when the plane was positioned.
