Police in Bloemfontein are seeking assistance with information involving a hit and run insident in which Warrant Officer Riaan Bester was killend last Fridayt. The accident happend in Nelson Mandela Avenue at approximately 19:00.
Bester was hit by a driver in a white Opel Corsa while crossing the road to get to his car. The suspect did not stop at the scene but later returned.
Anyone who witnessed the accident is requested to contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Anton Bowman, on 083- 609 8860.
