Berry and mint punch
(Serves 10)
500g | strawberries, trimmed and halved |
200g | raspberries |
200g | blueberries |
250ml | mint leaves |
1,5l | pink grapefruit juice |
Crushed ice to serve |
- Place the berries and mint in a large jug or punch bowl. Top with the crushed ice and pour over the grapefruit juice.
- You can also add sparkling pink wine to the punch just before serving.
