Berry and mint punch


Berry and mint punch
(Serves 10)

500g strawberries, trimmed and halved
200g raspberries
200g blueberries
250ml     mint leaves
1,5l pink grapefruit juice
  Crushed ice to serve

  1. Place the berries and mint in a large jug or punch bowl. Top with the crushed ice and pour over the grapefruit juice.
  2. You can also add sparkling pink wine to the punch just before serving.
