Stanley Bakili, who stands accused of murdering Bloemfontein business man Louis Siemens, briefly appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on numerous counts of fraud today.

Siemens was gunned down in the basement parking of the Preller Square Shopping Centre in Bloemfontein last month, allegedly by Bakili and two accomplices.

A medical certificate needed to be handed in by Bakili today since he failed to appear in court on 8 May 2018 on the fraud charges. The case was postponed until 12 July 2018. He will remain in custody.

Bakili will again appear in the same court on Monday 18 June 2018 to apply for bail in the murder case.
