Anotha Level to perform at Windmill

Emmanuel Campbell, Bradley Oliphant and Jessé Opperman make up Bloemfontein-based band, Anotha Level. They will be performing at the Windmill Casino in February.

Bloemfontein residents can prepare to be serenaded during the month of love by the band, Anotha Level, at the Windmill Casino. The locally-based musicians have gained a considerable following for their uplifting mix of jazz, soul and R&B since 2011.

Anotha Level is made up of Emmanuel Campbell “Biza” on bass guitar and vocals, Bradley Oliphant “Bregato” on keyboard, and Jessé “DrumRboi” Opperman on drums. The band won the Battle of the Bands competition in 2014 at Flamingo Sun International’s casino in Kimberley before they travelled across the country.

In 2016, Anotha Level signed to the record label named Thoho Records, based in Alberton, for two years as recording as well as performing musicians and therefore had to move to Gauteng province. During that time they had the opportunity to perform as back-line musicians for Presss, KB Mamosadi, Zano and Letoya Makhene among others.
They also had the opportunity to perform for international fashion designer, David Tlale, at fashion show and gala dinner events.

Anotha Level will be performing at Windmill’s Diamond Lil’s on 9 February 2019. Their show starts at 21:00 and tickets are R100 per person. You can get yours and for that special someone from Stewart Barlow at 082-881-3261. – Nomaqhawe Mtebele
