The renowned winery along the Cape West, Groote Post, will be hosting a wine tasting and canapé pairing event in Bloemfontein.
According to the communications manager of Groote Post, Peter Pentz, the event is scheduled for Wednesday 23 August and will take place at the elegant Nebo Venue. “Attendees of this event can anticipate an evening of pure sensory indulgence. We have meticulously curated a line-up of five exceptional Groote Post wines, each skilfully paired with five delectable canapés,” said Pentz.
The pairing, guided by Pentz, will take you on a journey through the intricate art of wine and food pairing. “This experience will deepen your appreciation for the subtle nuances that arise when wines and canapés are harmoniously combined. Prepare for your taste buds to dance as the symphony of flavours unfolds on your palate. I will also share the story of our family business and our wine operation,” said Pentz.
