At 11h55 on Sunday morning Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision on the N8 in Bloemfontein. Reports from the scene indicate that a bakkie with seven people veered off the roadway and overturned, its twisted frame and broken canopy came to rest in the veldt.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and were surprised to find that all the people miraculously escaped with minor injuries. The patients were treated at the scene before they were transported to a Bloemfontein hospital for the care that they required.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident however will form part of the police investigations.
