10th Mangaung Youth Empowerment Week gives artists creative platform

On Human Rights Day this year, ‘likers of things’ are invited to be a part of young people in the creative sector being given the opportunity to connect with the market and expand their clientele.

The event will be hosted by MyArts International, which is a creative corporation that communicates to various audiences using platforms such as events, radio, television, newspapers and mass campaigns to deliver a specific message to targeted audience.

The event will include a creative exhibition, fashion show and installation, performances and networking , discussion panels and business presentations , wine tasting and food stalls. Access to the event is free and residents are encouraged to bring along their smartphones to take part in the trend #ILikeThings.

The creative platform will be taking place on Thursday 21 March 2019 (Human Rights Day) from 15:00 until 18:00 at the Bram Fischer Building.

Tuesday 19 March 2019:
Business and Career Expo
Time: 10:00 to 15:00
Free entrance
Business Dealing Room
Time – 18:00 to 20:00
Activities: Networking session, business presentation and wine tasting
